Here you maintain the members.
Go to Point of Sale > Member > Member Maintenance
Click on New to add a new member ...
You may maintain the details of this member.... a member can be also a debtor.
Opening Points: key in the opening points (balance b/f) this member has earned (if applicable).
Expired member is not allowed to transact.
