You may copy chart of account from other account book during the creation of a new account book.
During creation of a new account book, at step 8: Sample Chart of Accounts:
check the checkbox of Copy Master Data from other Account Book,
check the relevant check-boxes to be copied,
then select the account book you would like to copy from (Copy from this Account Book:).
